Brezina Homes, Inc.

Al and Monica Brezina were born and raised in Tama County, Iowa and were married in 1973.  After serving four years in the United States Army Security Agency, Al started working for a builder in the Tama-Toledo area.  He then formed a building partnership with his brother-in-law, working on all aspects and stages of the home construction and remodeling process.

Al ventured into developing his own Home Building business in 1980 and continued working in the Tama, Toledo, Grinnell, and Marshalltown area.  In 2002 Al and his wife, Monica, moved to Ankeny where they now concentrate on new home construction in the area.  Monica has been working along with Al for many years, and manages the financial aspects of the business.  In addition she enjoys being responsible for the development of the interior design, colors and choices for their homes.

Tony, their youngest son is the company’s project manager and drafting  manager and joined the company in 2007.  Tony and his wife, Amanda, have two boys, Aiden and Preston.  They enjoy music, family and oudoor activities and teach private music lessons.  Tony is a member of the Mill Street Band and Nate and the Moonlighters, sharing his musical talents within the surrounding communities.

Al and Monica have three married children and nine grandchildren.  They love spending time with family, traveling, the Civic Center events, church activities, and outdoor recreation.

The company is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, and the Ankeny Home Builders Association.  Al and Monica are members of Meredith Drive Reformed Church, attending at The Bridge campus.

We pride ourselves on service throughout the warranty period and beyond.  We do a thorough inspection of your home prior to your move-in, and two more times during the year to make sure your home performs to our quality standards and provides the peace of mind you deserve.
